WASHINGTON, D.C. – 30 August 2023 – Tigua Inc. announced today that it has been awarded an $88 million, five-year contract by the United States Naval Observatory (USNO), marking the largest single award in Tigua’s history. The USNO serves as the official source of time for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) and as a time standard for the entire U.S., recognized globally as the paramount authority on spatial and temporal reference frames.
