Dr. Lonny Wright, D.M., serves as the CEO for Tigua Inc. and is a Professor at UMGC, where he teaches Program and Career Exploration in Business. Additionally, he is a faculty member at Saint Leo University, where he teaches Principles of Management and Human Resource Management. Before his current roles, Dr. Wright worked at Balfour Beatty Communities as the Facilities Maintenance Director at FT Bliss, Texas, until November 2022. He also served as the Alternate Project Manager for CMI Management LLC at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Artesia, New Mexico. In addition, he served as the J1 Deputy Director for Joint Taskforce North.

Dr. Wright has a wealth of experience and has held various positions throughout his career. He was the PRIDE Ascend and Academic Affairs Director for PRIDE Industries and spent 32 years on active duty, retiring as a Command Sergeant Major in 2008. As CSM Wright, he served as both the United States Army Infantry School CSM and the Infantry Center CSM before deploying to Iraq. CSM Wright’s last duty assignment was as the USASMA CSM before retiring.

Dr. Wright obtained his doctoral degree from Colorado Technical University, where he pursued a concentration in Organizational Development and Change. He is also a graduate of the United States Army Sniper School. His interests lie in the areas of industry and education partnerships, transition program development, change management, and management consulting. He is an Organization Development Professional with the International Society for Organization Development and Change, as well as a member of the Associated Schools of Construction, Association for Career and Technical Education, Counsel for Exceptional Children, and Texas Council of Administrators of Special Education with a concentration in disability transition training.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Dr. Wright is an active volunteer. He served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee for First Light Federal Credit Union. He served on the Council for the International Association for Continuing Education and Training Standards Development.

Dr. Wright is married to Mrs. Linda Willer-Wright and has 3 children and 7 grandchildren.

Dr. Amanda Sanchez is a seasoned executive and dynamic leader with an extensive background in corporate development, organizational operations, and community engagement. As the Chief Operating Officer at Tigua Inc., Amanda leverages her expertise to oversee and optimize all aspects of operational strategy, organizational efficiency, and team development. She is dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth within the Tigua Inc. organization.
Before her current role, Amanda served in other key leadership positions at Tigua, including Senior Director of Operations and Director of Corporate Development. As Senior Director of Operations, she managed various federal contracts, drove performance management, implemented career progression initiatives, and oversaw comprehensive training programs. As Director of Corporate Development, Amanda aligned organizational strategies with operational excellence, fostered employee development, and enhanced overall company performance. Across these roles, her leadership has been instrumental in streamlining processes, aligning operational initiatives with strategic objectives, and ensuring the company’s sustained success and growth.
Amanda’s professional journey reflects her commitment to enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee development. Before her tenure at Tigua, she held leadership roles including Organizational Development Manager at Franklin Mountain Management and Global Corporate Training Manager at Helen of Troy, where she designed and implemented impactful training initiatives that propelled workforce excellence. Amanda has also served as Employment Services Director for PRIDE Ascend, supporting individuals with disabilities in achieving meaningful career opportunities.
Her academic contributions further underscore her dedication to education and leadership. As Adjunct Faculty at the University of Maryland Global Campus, and formerly at the University of Phoenix and Park University, Amanda has shaped the next generation of leaders by sharing her expertise and insights.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in English & American Literature from The University of Texas at El Paso, a Master of Arts in English from Sul Ross State University, and a Doctor of Management focusing on Leadership Development from The University of Phoenix.
Beyond her professional achievements, Amanda is deeply committed to her community. As President-Elect of Family Service of El Paso, she furthers her dedication to supporting initiatives that enhance community well-being. Additionally, she serves on the board of The El Paso Coalition for the Homeless and previously contributed her expertise to the Borderland Rainbow Center and The El Paso Center for Children.

Kris Weimerskirch is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years of experience driving strategic decisions and managing financial, operational, and technical risks and opportunities across commercial, federal, state, and local organizations. His expertise encompasses Management, Business Development, Financial Planning & Analytics, and Organization-Wide Transformation, with specialized knowledge in Government Contracting, Construction, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications.
Kris excels in delivering comprehensive solutions for large-scale, global initiatives across diverse industries. His skill set includes business needs analysis, project management, and the development of compelling value propositions, particularly in building robust financial models for innovative business concepts, products, and services.
With extensive experience in strategic financial management, business development and transformation, project management, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis, Kris leverages descriptive and predictive analytic methods to provide actionable insights. His background in ad-hoc analysis and analytical reviews supports data-driven decision-making and sustainable business growth.
As a people-oriented leader, Kris is known for his high credibility, exceptional listening skills, and ability to motivate teams while fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts into win-win outcomes. He maintains rigorous quality control standards and serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving business goals and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Kris holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). His ability to influence organizational strategy, paired with his technical expertise and people-first leadership approach, makes him a trusted partner in achieving operational excellence and transformative business outcomes.

Jonathan Wagner

Jonathan Wagner brings extensive experience across consulting, government contracting, and energy sectors, with a particular focus on human capital management. His career began in the oil and gas industry, where he held various operational roles before transitioning to Human Resources at Selman & Associates, Ltd. There, Jonathan led a team managing HR, payroll, and health/safety/environment functions during a period of significant industry volatility.

Jonathan later joined ADP as a Human Resources Business Advisor, where he provided HR compliance and best practices consulting to small business clients nationwide. His exceptional performance led to his promotion to Senior HR Business Advisor, where he excelled in quality and client satisfaction metrics. His strong client-facing skills and leadership acumen facilitated his advancement to Team Lead, where he employed a strengths-based approach to mentor associates. His success in this role earned him the position of Client HR Manager, overseeing a team of ten HR consultants.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jonathan has made significant contributions as a volunteer. He served on the central board of the ADP PRIDE Business Resource Group, which is dedicated to supporting an inclusive environment for LGBTQ employees and allies. As VP of Chapters, he successfully established new chapters in New York, Germany, Poland, Tunisia, and India, achieving a nearly 20% increase in membership year over year.

Locally, Jonathan serves as Treasurer for the El Paso Society of Human Resources Management, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and community involvement.

Jonathan earned his undergraduate degree in History from Union College and an MBA in Human Resource Management from La Sierra University’s Zapara School of Business. He holds multiple professional certifications, including Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Professional in Human Resources – California (PHRca).

Currently, Jonathan serves as Director of HR at Tigua Inc., a tribally owned government contractor. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, hiking, swimming, and rock climbing. Jonathan resides in El Paso with his wife, Elena, and their children, Jack and Lourdes.
