Good afternoon, Team Tigua, wow where has the time gone? It's been a year and 2 months since I have stepped into the role of being your CEO, one of which I am grateful. A lot has happened and continues to change the face of what and how we go after work. With that our process and procedures also continue to change along with those responsible. But as I reflect on the past Quarter, we have successfully moved from the Leigh Fisher Office to our new Corporate Headquarters on James Watt, a building that we owe thanks to you, BOD's and the Tribal Leadership. I want to thank the entire staff for the efforts put towards this move; it has not been easy but rewarding. I also reflect on our Christmas Parties we had both here in El Paso and DC, what a fun time.
The joy we had in bringing a happy moment to all those who attended and all the great gifts that were shared, Fun Times! Leaning forward, we have the charge to continue to seek new opportunities, this will take all of us support the initiatives outline by the BD Team. We are also, totally rebuilding key departments, establishing a strategic plan that has an operational and financial focus that will carry us for the next 3 years. You are all a part of this process, I hope you are excited as I am about these changes, come and watch the transformation with me. This reminds me or our Values: Trust, Innovation, Growth, Unity, Accountability (TIGUA). Let’s, as a team, keep our eye on the mission, being the World-Class Service provider we are known for.
This year’s Halloween celebration brought out the creativity, humor, and team spirit that make our workplace such a fun community. Employees were invited to come to work in costume, and the turnout did not disappoint. From classic characters to clever original ideas, the office was full of festive energy all day long. Our annual costume contest added an extra layer of excitement, and we’re thrilled to congratulate Ralph Reyes, who took first place with a standout costume that truly captured the spirit of the season. His enthusiasm set the tone for a memorable day, and we appreciate everyone who joined in the fun. Honorable mentions to Jose Camacho and Melinda Anchondo who took second and third place in the contest. Events like this remind us how important it is to celebrate together and enjoy the lighter moments throughout the year.

The holiday season is always a special time for our organization, and this year’s Christmas festivities continued that tradition of warmth and togetherness. The office was filled with cheerful décor, festive music, and plenty of opportunities for employees to connect and celebrate the season. Team members enjoyed holiday treats, shared traditions, and took part in activities that highlighted the joy of giving and community. Whether it was participating in seasonal events, decorating workspaces, or simply taking a moment to reflect on the year, the Christmas spirit was felt throughout the organization. As we wrap up another year, we’re grateful for the dedication and camaraderie that define our team. The Christmas festivities were a wonderful reminder of the strong community we’ve built together.

Our team continues to demonstrate a strong commitment to giving back and staying connected to the community we serve. This season, employees participated in a variety of meaningful activities that highlight our shared values of service, compassion, and engagement.
Team members supported local families by participating in food drives and helping ensure essential resources reached those who needed them most. Others took part in 5K events benefiting the El Paso Children's Hospital, showing both community spirit and support for pediatric care in our region. We also strengthened our connection to local culture by attending University of Texas at El Paso sports events, cheering on the Miners and celebrating the pride of our hometown university.
In addition, volunteers dedicated their time to building bunk beds for children in need, creating safe and comfortable sleeping spaces that make a lasting difference. Our involvement extended to local golf tournaments, where employees represented the company while supporting charitable causes and community partners.
These efforts reflect the heart of our organization - a team that shows up, gives back, and invests in the well-being of the community around us.

We have proudly moved into our new, state-of-the-art facility located at 11330 James Watt Drive. This milestone has been a long time in the making, and it represents an important step forward for our organization as we continue to grow and expand our capabilities.
We extend our sincere appreciation to our dedicated employees whose hard work made this transition possible. Their commitment - including long hours, weekends, and even time during the holidays - ensured that our team could begin the new year in a space designed to support our mission and future success.
We look forward to welcoming our partners, clients, and community members to our new home as we embark on this exciting new chapter.
