Larry Price is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant licensed in the State of Texas, and he holds an MBA and BBA.

For the past 13 years, he has had the privilege of serving as the Ysleta Del Sur Pueblo, Chief Financial Officer of Speaking Rock, where he gained valuable insight into financial operations, strategic leadership, and the overall support of long- term growth in every business venture. He has drawn on this experience and education to focus on process improvements, market growth and operational resilience, ensuring organizations can adapt in increasingly complex environment.

He currently serves as Chairman of the Tigua, Inc. Board of Director and is the current CEO, following a period as Vice Chairman from 2020 to 2024, and has served as a Board Member of Tigua Community Development since 2015. These roles have deepened his commitment to balancing organizational success with the needs of the broader community he serves.
