Jose Lebron-Camacho serves as the Director of Strategy, Compliance, and Technology. He is a skilled proactive professional and lifelong learner driven by innovation and creativity. In this role, he takes pride in strengthening compliance readiness, modernizing IT capabilities, and aligning day‑to‑day operations with long‑term organizational priorities to achieve Tigua Inc.’s strategic goals.

Jose Lebron-Camacho retired after over 30 years in the US Army as a Command Sergeant Major in 2025. He served twice in Afghanistan with the 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) and later taught at the Sergeants’ Major Academy. His final assignment was Command Sergeant Major at the International Special Training Centre, in Pfullendorf, Germany responsible for overseeing the training of our European Special Operations Forces partners.He holds a Master's in Defense and Strategic Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso, with a focus on Global Economics, Security, and Strategic Intelligence. He is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt through Syracuse University and an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.Outside work, Jose volunteers with the Isacc Camacho Special Forces Association Chapter 9 and enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and staying fit.
