Jason S. serves as Chief Growth Officer, bringing more than two decades of proven leadership across military, federal, and corporate sectors. His career reflects a consistent record of strategic foresight, operational excellence, and mission-driven growth.

A retired U.S. Army officer, Jason held multiple senior leadership positions that shaped national-level readiness and security strategy. His assignments included Battalion Commander of the Army’s Protective Services Battalion, Division Chief for the Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Directorate, and Division Chief for the Joint Staff Antiterrorism Force Protection Division at the Pentagon. In these roles, he directed high-visibility programs supporting senior Department of Defense officials and drove initiatives that enhanced global force protection, policy integration, and operational preparedness.

Transitioning to the private sector, Jason continued to deliver impact in the federal contracting environment. He previously served as Vice President of Business Development for Chenega Security and as Program Manager for the Joint Intermediate Force Capability Office (JIFCO) contract, where he expanded organizational reach and strengthened partnerships across the defense community.

Jason holds a B.S. in Law from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, an M.A. in Business and Organizational Security Management from Webster University, and an M.S. in National Security and Resource Strategy from the National Defense University. He is also a graduate of the FBI National Academy.
